Secure Bank Information When the Bank is Closed

You can close a debit card when the bank is closed! Visit the debit card page to learn how to permanently close a card by phone or through Online or Mobile banking. If it’s likely that the debit card has been misplaced but you don’t want someone to use it in the meantime, suspend and later reactivate the debit card through Mobile banking.

To report a lost or stolen Community National Bank credit card, call Mastercard at 1-800-854-7642 to permanently close the card.

Credit Cards

Manually lock your Online banking account by using your username and typing in the wrong password three times. This will lock the account until you can contact your local banker during office hours to know what further steps must be taken. 

Keep a photocopy of the front and back of all cards and information in your wallet in a safe place or secure file to know how to close cards.
