Debit Card FAQs

You can report your debit card lost or stolen on our CNB Banking App. You will find this option at the bottom of the main page on the app under "Card Management." If you don't have our app, contact us as soon as you know that your debit card is missing.

Debit cards can be suspended by calling your local office or using our CNB Mobile banking app.

If you have a checking account with us, contact your local office to request to have a debit card issued for your account.


Debit cards can be used at ATMs.

If a debit card is linked to a checking account it can be used at ATMs and to make purchases. If a debit card is only linked to a savings account, the card may only be used at ATMs and cannot be used for retail purchases.


CNB debit cards are available on Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. Please visit our debit cards page to learn about loading your debit card to a mobile wallet.
