Overdraft Protection

All Community National Bank personal and business checking accounts come with Overdraft Privilege. An authorization form must be signed for overdraft privilege to cover personal debit and ATM transactions. Contact your local office to authorize this service.

Overdraft Privilege Disclosure

If your CNB checking account becomes overdrawn, we will automatically transfer money in increments of $25.00 from your designated overdraft protection account to your checking account to cover the overdraft. A fee will be automatically deducted from your checking account. You must sign up for this service and you’ll only pay for the protection if it is used.

Totally Kids Club, Community’s Promise, Individual Development Account (IDA) and escrow savings accounts cannot be used for overdraft protection. Transfers from a regular savings or money market account to another account or to third parties by pre-authorized, automatic or telephone transfer are limited to six per month.

A fee will be automatically deducted from your checking account. Interest rates may apply when using a line of credit service. You must sign up for the service and you’ll only pay for the protection if it is used.
