The latest news and updates from Community National Bank, Vermont.

Morrisville, VT — Community National Bank (CNB) Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer Heather Bradley recently presented Cindy Lowell with CNB’s Community Service Award. This award was developed by the bank to recognize the “unsung heroes” that make our communities better places to work and live.

Cindy has been a volunteer with the Lamoille Area Cancer Network (LACN) since its inception in 2000. She currently serves as a Board member and is the organization’s Treasurer. Cindy has spent countless hours organizing the Sweetheart’s Dance and Raffle a major fundraiser which has risen over a quarter-million dollars for LACN over the last 15 years. She is an active participant of the LACiNg Up for Cancer walk and is a Board member of Lamoille Home Health and Hospice. Cindy is an inspiration to many and is a true supporter of LACN’s mission to help provide financial assistance to individuals and families in Lamoille County who have been affected by cancer.

Cindy shared that “LACN is run solely by volunteers and 100% of all the proceeds raised go to community members in Lamoille County who have been affected by cancer”.

To celebrate Cindy’s commitment and dedication, we are proud to present her with Community National Bank’s Community Service Award for the third quarter of 2015. CNB’s Community Service Award honors and recognizes our recipients by making a $500.00 contribution to a local, non-profit organization of the recipient’s choice. Cindy has requested that her donation be made to the Lamoille Area Cancer Network.
