Corporate governance is the process by which business corporations are directed and managed
The corporate governance structure specifies the distribution of rights and responsibilities among different participants in the corporation, such as, the board, managers, shareholders and other stakeholders, and provides an outline of the rules and procedures for making decisions on corporate affairs. It also provides the structure through which the company objectives are set, and the means of attaining those objectives and monitoring performance.
The corporate governance portion of our site includes procedures for handling complaints, our board committees, a list of our corporate officers, committee charters and our code of business conduct and ethics. Please use the navigation tools found below to view the above referenced information.
