It’s a safe and convenient way to track your accounts, transfer money and make CNB loan payments. Additional services include cash management, business bill pay and bank to bank transfers.

We employ strong authentication controls provided to us by the Federal Government’s banking regulators for your protection.

All data, including your ID and password, is protected by our secure network system encrypted with a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The web browser you use must support 128-bit encryption. It’s recommended to use the most current browser because using older browsers can result in limited access to services and reduced functionality. All sessions have a time limit. If your session is inactive for 10 minutes you will need to sign in again. By using firewall systems and intrusion detection software we are adding multiple layers of security to prevent hackers from accessing customer and bank information.

We use security tokens for Business Online banking accounts that use Business Bill Pay or Cash Management features to confirm identity and limit IP addresses to reduce the chance of an outside source gaining access to accounts.

You can also protect yourself by creating strong passwords and never sharing them with anyone. Online banking users are prompted to change passwords every 6 months and will only be allowed 2 invalid sign on attempts before being locked out.

How to Create a Strong Password

When using Online banking, and all other online accounts, be sure to log out when finished. This ensures no one will see your personal information. Installing and regularly updating anti-virus software, anti-spyware and firewalls will protect your electronic devices.

eStatements are available at no charge. Online banking customers can sign up for eStatements by signing in to Online banking and clicking the “eStatements” tab.

Cash Management

Originate electronic transactions (ACH) commonly used to process payroll and set up budget and vendor payments, initiate domestic wires and create multiple user profiles with unique permissions to provide dual control.

Positive Pay - Check Fraud Protection

Customers provide a list of issued checks to the bank through the Cash Management feature of Online banking. The bank compares that list to checks presented for payment. If there is a check presented to the bank that is not listed, the customer needs to review it before it can be paid.

Customers can use Reverse Positive Pay to review all checks presented to the bank for payment and either "pay" or "return" each check.

Business Bill Pay

Pay bills, view payment history, run reports, delegate tasks, initiate expedited payments, make direct deposits to employees’ bank accounts and set permission controls for other users.

Need to quickly reimburse an employee? Use the pay a person feature through iPay to pay another person electronically.

To apply for Business Bill Pay, log in to your Online banking account, select the Business Bill Pay tab and complete the enrollment form.

Bank to Bank Transfers

Transfer money between CNB accounts and accounts at other financial institutions through Online banking. Transfers can only be made between checking and/or savings accounts. Loan payments cannot be made using this feature.

To begin, log in to Online banking, select “Bank to Bank Transfer” and complete the enrollment and verification process.

Manage Debit Cards

Activate or report lost/stolen card with Online banking. Go to our “debit card” page to learn more.


Mobile Text

Don’t have access to the Mobile banking app but need your account balance? Send a text command to the mobile text number to view account balances and limited account history. To sign up, log in to Online banking, select “Mobile Settings” and “Text Mobile Settings” and follow the on-screen instructions.
