Screening Questions required for Appointments

Following the governor’s new guidelines for conducting in-person meetings we will now require customers to call ahead for an appointment. Masks will continue to be required to enter the building and can be provided. Our customer service representatives and lenders will ask the following screening questions.

  • Do you have any Covid Symptoms?
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    Muscle or body aches
New loss of taste or smell
    Sore throat
    Congestion or runny nose
    Nausea or vomiting
  • Have you traveled to or been in another state within the past 14 days?
  • Have you had close contact with someone diagnosed with Covid 19 in the past 14 days?

If you answer yes to any of these, we will work with you to find a safe way to fill your financial need.

We would like to thank all our customers for their patience as we find the best way to continue to meet all their financial needs while doing our part to keep our staff and the community healthy.
