A Message about Coronavirus from CEO Kathryn Austin

Preventative Measures at Community National Bank

The health and safety of our customers and employees is a top priority at Community National Bank (CNB). Since the onset of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have carefully monitored the situation and we are taking precautions to keep our customers, employees and communities safe.

We actively monitor information and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), keeping our employees informed of best practices in our offices. During our daily cleaning routines, we are paying special attention to disinfect the common surface areas more frequently. We have hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available for staff to use throughout the day and hand sanitizer in all our lobbies for customers. All CNB employees have been asked to stay at home if they are exhibiting any signs of illness.

While our offices remain open, we encourage you to access our banking services using Online and Mobile banking to monitor accounts, pay bills and make deposits. If you need to sign up for Online banking, visit communitynationalbank.com to apply. You can also download our Mobile banking app using the link found at the bottom of our website. If you need assistance signing up for any of our services, please give us a call.

This is a rapidly changing event, and we are monitoring developments regarding the spread and impact of the Coronavirus. There is uncertainty about the financial challenges to our customers as a result of illness or business interruption. We urge you to keep in contact with your local CNB banker. We are here to help, so please call our main office in Derby at 802-334-7915 or contact your local office.
