Privacy StatementCommunity National Bank Privacy Policy Community National Bank(CNB) has been providing financial services to its customers for more than 150 years. Our customers' best interests are always our main focus and we are committed to protecting all personal information that we are entrusted with. We want you to understand what information we collect and how it is used. This privacy statement explains our practices for collecting, using and securing your personal information.
Information We Collect "Nonpublic personal information" is information about you that we obtain in providing a financial product or service to you, such as your account balance, payment history and overdraft history. In order to provide you with a broad range of financial products and services, we may obtain "nonpublic personal information" about you from:

Our affiliated companies include our parent holding company Community Bancorp. and our affiliated trust and investment management company Community Financial Services Group.
We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to companies that are not affiliated with us but that help us market our own products and services (such as a mail house or customer survey firm) or to other financial service providers with which we may enter into joint marketing agreements. For example, we may jointly offer with our marketing partners various products or services, such as credit cards, insurance, securities and brokerage services, personal property leasing, mortgage banking and similar services. We require our joint marketing partners and service providers to treat your private information with the same high degree of confidentiality that we do.
The nonpublic personal information that we may share with our affiliates or our joint marketing partners may include identifying information about you such as your name, address and telephone number and information about your own transactions and experiences with us, such as your loan or deposit account balances, loan payment history and account activity. We do not disclose to those companies any nonpublic personal information about you that you have provided to us (such as application information) or that we have obtained from other sources, such as credit bureaus, except as may be permitted by law.
Under certain circumstances, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to other parties, but only as permitted or required by law, such as: - To government entities and auditors pursuant to regulatory requirements.
- To respond to a subpoena or court order.
- To consumer reporting agencies.
- To complete transactions you have initiated.
- To protect against fraud.

Medical or Health Information We do not share medical or health information about you with our affiliates or with nonaffiliated parties, except to process transactions or to provide services that you have requested or initiated.
Our Security Procedures We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information in the course of their job responsibilities. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information. All employees are required to follow the Bank's Ethics Policy and violations are subject to disciplinary action. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Maintaining Accurate Customer Information We make every effort to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. If you believe any information we have on file is not accurate, please contact us. You may stop into an office or call or write us at any of our locations listed in the locations section of the CNB Web site. We do not recommend that you contact us by email if your message includes sensitive account or other personal information, as transmissions over the Internet may not be secure.
Former Customers If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this statement.

Community National Bank Web site Privacy Policy This is how we will handle information that you provide to us through our Web site. If you visit our site to read information, such as product and service descriptions or branch and ATM locations we may collect and store the following information about you: The name of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com if you are connecting from an American Online account or the name of the local service provider if you connect to the Internet using a local Internet server); the Internet provider address (a numeric address given to servers connected to the Internet); Web browser used and the date and time you access our site. We use any information thus collected to measure the number of visitors to the different areas of our site and to help make the site more useful to you.
Contacting us by e-mail You may decide to send us personally identifying information in an electronic mail message, for example, or in a request for information, in a complaint or in a comment. We use your personally identifying information only to the extent that it is required to fulfill the request, resolve the complaint or reply to your comment, as appropriate. The personally identifying information is not disseminated or sold to other organizations.
Using CNB's NetXpress to do inquiries or transfers on your accounts We may collect and store the following information about you: your CNB NetXpress ID, which contains no personally identifying information; the category of service you requested (for example, inquiry, transfer or statement printing) and the number of times you requested a particular category of service and the date and time you accessed your site.
We want to be clear. We will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us. Community National Bank is committed to protecting user privacy.
